This policy covers the SEO for Tradesmen UK website (seo-for-tradesmen.co.uk) and the free visibility audit request form on it. It does not cover any separate contract you sign if you become a client, which has its own terms agreed directly with you.
What information is collected
When you submit the audit request form, the following is collected: your name, email address, website URL, and phone number if you choose to provide it. This is sent directly to a single inbox and is not added to any mailing list or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
How it's used
Information submitted through the form is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare the free visibility audit if you go ahead with one, and follow up about it. If you become a client, the same contact details are used for ongoing work and invoicing, agreed separately with you.
Who processes it
The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms, the hosting provider's built-in form-handling service, which passes submissions through to email. No other third-party form or CRM tool is currently used. If that changes, this page will be updated to name the new processor.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics. If analytics software is added in future to understand site traffic, this section will be updated to say what's used and how to opt out.
How long information is kept
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and tax records. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any point; see contact details below.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent for it to be used. To do any of this, email seo.tradesmen@gmail.com.
